Job entry & dual studies
Data analysis, ship operation technology or financial accounting: your entry into a career at NSB GROUP is possible from various fields and disciplines. After a location analysis during our onboarding process, we define the career path together and agree on individual learning paths. In this way, you will see early on where you can develop within the NSB GROUP. In addition to direct entry, we offer a dual study programme in cooperation with the Hamburg School of Business Administration (HSBA) leading to a BSc in Business Administration.
Internship & Study
Your projects bring us further! Bachelor’s and Master’s students as well as interns are supervised methodically and conceptually by mentors from day one. They work in interdisciplinary teams consisting of, among others, data science, information technology and industrial engineering. This guarantees a steep learning curve and the possibility of further collaboration within the NSB GROUP. Apprenticeship
Get to know all facets of international shipping! NSB offers up to ten training places in Buxtehude for training as shipping clerks with a focus on tramp shipping, IT system administration and office clerks. The training path is organised in blocks. The vocational schools are located in Hamburg or Stade. The on-the-job phase takes place in Buxtehude. You will pass through several stations at REEDEREI NSB, at other companies in the group and at partner companies on the NSB campus. The training period is three years.
