Launch of 1,220 TEU vessel in China

On 28 November 2023 Huipu Shipyard successfully lunched hull number HP2021-8, the first vessel of the 1,220 TEU series which is under construction under our site supervision.

Companied with dancing dragons, fireworks and drumming the vessel touched the first time the element which it is made for. In the coming weeks the commissioning will be finished and tested during the sea trial.
