Hunold brings many years of international experience in finance, accounting, and corporate management. In his new role as CFO, he will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and the overall financial management of the NSB GROUP.

His extensive professional expertise, international background, and proven track record in transformation and digitalization provide a strong foundation for the company’s continued development.

Since 2022, Hunold has served as Vice President Financial Services, overseeing the Group-wide finance function of NSB GROUP. In this role, he has played a key part in advancing the organization’s finance operations. His achievements include the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and the optimization of Group-wide governance and performance management structures.

Before joining the NSB GROUP, he headed Finance and Accounting at GEFO Gesellschaft für Oeltransporte mbH. Prior to that, he served as Director Accounting at Hapag-Lloyd and held various management positions at the classification society DNV.
