Crew Training Services

Benefit from our learning culture

Our crew is at the center of the reliability and the quality of our services. That is why is their training is crucial to us. The relevance of our training and especially our simulators rely on the real-like formation. However, our training program goes further: we strongly encourage collaboration and communication between the crew members.

Our training facilities and activities

To be able to provide state-to-the-art training facilities and consequently courses, we have implemented training centers in Buxtehude, and cooperate with facilities in Sri Lanka, and the Philippines.

Operating a vessel safely is the result of highly sophisticated teamwork. The relevance of our training and especially our simulators relies on the real-like experience for the crew. A full mission bridge, adaptable to various types of vessels, provides any sea challenging conditions.

However, our training program goes further: we strongly encourage collaboration and communication between the crew member, return on experience, and we made it mandatory for every crew member. All these actions have one goal: be the difference in real life between a dreadful accident and a safe and reliable operation.

“Operating a vessel is not a single-person job that requires only theoretical knowledge. As a result, we set up dedicated training and two ship-handling simulators to ensure the safety of our crew and strengthen the quality of our services.”
